Work with me
Some of this work you can start on your own. Some of it is better done out loud, with someone who has spent a career in the territory. This is where we talk.
Most of what I do comes down to one thing: helping you negotiate the conflicts you carry rather than trying to cure them. Not a false peace with the voices that hold you back — a treaty that actually holds. I’m not here to fix you. You already have the answers; my job is to help you reach them.
Two ways to talk
One thing, looked at properly. A single knot, a live decision, a check-in to keep the momentum going. Short and contained — not a lesser version of the longer call, just the right size for one thing.
Book fifteen minutesWhen it’s more than one thing. Room for the heavier material — the private crisis, the grief, the thing you can’t say to anyone who needs something from you — at a slower, deeper pace. It asks more of both of us.
Book the conversationSome things need ongoing work — a standing negotiation rather than a single sitting. I take on a small number of people for that, in two forms.
Structured writing that reaches what talking alone can’t. For loss, grief, and the unfinished business underneath — faced on the page, then talked through.
